Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the TezGateway mobile application or website (tezgateway.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users including merchants, developers, and any individual who accesses TezGateway services.

Important: Continued use of the App after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Service Description

TezGateway is a payment routing and management platform that helps merchants accept and manage UPI-based payments. Our services include:

  • UPI payment collection and routing
  • Multi-merchant dashboard management
  • Transaction monitoring and reporting
  • Payment link generation
  • Mobile app for merchant management on the go
  • API integration for third-party platforms
TezGateway is a technology service provider. We do not hold, transfer, or process funds directly. All payments are processed through your linked UPI/bank accounts.

Eligibility

To use TezGateway, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a legal resident or registered business entity in India
  • Have a valid UPI-enabled bank account
  • Provide accurate and truthful registration information
  • Not be barred from receiving services under applicable laws
Section 04

Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and API keys. You agree to:

  • Keep your login credentials private and not share them
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access
  • Ensure all information in your profile is accurate and up-to-date
  • Use two-factor authentication where available

TezGateway will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or customer support channels.

Section 05

Payments & Refunds

All payment transactions processed through TezGateway are subject to the following:

  • Transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Payment success/failure depends on the end customer's bank and UPI network
  • TezGateway is not liable for failed transactions due to banking partner downtime
  • Transaction records are maintained for a minimum of 180 days
Refund Policy: Refund requests for wallet credits or subscription charges must be raised within 7 days of the transaction via support@tezgateway.com. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use TezGateway for any of the following:

  • Fraudulent transactions or misrepresentation
  • Money laundering or financing illegal activities
  • Accepting payments for prohibited goods/services under Indian law
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or bypass our security systems
  • Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
  • Using automated bots to abuse our APIs beyond approved rate limits

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

Section 07

Data & Privacy

We collect and process data necessary to operate our services. This includes your name, mobile number, email, UPI details, and transaction history.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. For full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please read our Privacy Policy.

Account Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing support@tezgateway.com. Data is permanently deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request.

Subscription & Plans

TezGateway offers subscription-based plans. By subscribing:

  • You authorize recurring charges per the plan cycle (monthly/yearly)
  • Plan features are subject to change with prior notice
  • Downgrading or cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • No partial refunds for unused subscription periods unless required by law

Termination

TezGateway reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without notice if:

  • You violate these Terms & Conditions
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
  • You provide false information during registration
  • Required by regulatory or legal authority

You may delete your account at any time via the app settings or by contacting support.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

TezGateway's total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall be limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 3 months.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of revenue or data resulting from:

  • Banking or UPI network outages
  • Force majeure events
  • Unauthorized access due to user negligence
  • Third-party service failures
Section 11

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

We encourage resolving disputes amicably. Contact our support team before initiating any legal proceedings.
